Work and Pregnancy

Hi everyone,
I found a interesting topic in my 'Having a baby' book.
It is about work and pregnancy.
I will summary this part.

 
 
 

1. You can work during your pregnancy unless there is no hazard

2. Try to sit down during your break time
  • -put your feet up on another chair
    3. Take a walk few minutes regularly ( if you should sit long time)
  • -Be aware of your posture- Sit and stand tall
  • -Using a chair that gives you good back support.
   
    4. Avoid heavy lifting or climbing ladders and bend carefully.
